Post subject:  Free Wonderful Dog to Good Home

Ok, so I have a 6 and a half month old female black lab/heeler mix that I must put up for adoption. I wanted to see if anyone on here would be willing to give her a good home since I am no longer able to, before I give her to some stranger. She is very hyper, smart, loveable and down right too cute for words. Her favorites games are fetch and taking a bath. She is good around other animals but gets a little aggresive when it comes to feeding time. She loves people and is just as happy as she can be. Someone please help me give her a good home. I am volunteering right now to be the best pet sitter ever if you need to go out of town or something. Please help. I just want to know that she will have a good home. Thanks so much!

Brittany

P.S. If you need to contact me, please call 512-738-7102 or 512-300-0762.

I'd say yes, but Silky gets aggressive around big dogs, and although Lillie could be an outside dog, I wouldn't be able to do that to her in this heat, when July is JUST NOW starting. If you can't find anyone else, ask again and I'll see what I can muster up. You know I love animals.

I know Hun. I appreciate it a lot. I might have to take her to PAWS if it comes down to it. At least there they find them good homes and don't put the dogs down. She really is a sweetheart. It's just if she barks once, the neighbors are on the phone calling the cops. It's ridiculous.

Is there any way you could get rid of the neighors instead? (I don't mean kill them or anything, but are they renting? are they there for the long haul? would they consider mediation? Probably not if they call the cops over everything...) Maybe obedience school?
I've got 5 big dogs already and there's no way James would let me have another, but at least all the neighbors have them too and no one can complain...

Unforunately having outside dogs can do that, although I do know that those neighbors are complete assholes. They need to head to Wal-Mart and buy some damn earplugs.

Still, keep looking around and let me know if you find anything.

Shawn and I might be taking her... Shawn wants to meet her first (I'm positive I'll adore her because I love all dogs of all shapes and sizes and mannerisms!) so we're going to meet her this afternoon :)

Yeah, we just got out if bed, but after we get up and dressed and stuff, we'll be dropping Lillie off at her new home. Thanks again Shawn and Raini. I know that y'all will have lots of fun together!
