Yeah, he moved to Plano and never came back. Is he no longer in Plano? He's visited the show on occasion over the years, often with Staci Holland.

Staci was on cast awhile before you I think, but also moved to Plano. As far as I recall, Vader was living with Draven in the apartment complex next to mine and was bitten by a brown recluse spider. The wound was apparently pretty bad, and he ended up needing to move in with family (which was in Plano I guess). Something like that. I could be wrong, this was like eight years ago or something.

ok, yea, on the phone with him, he never lived in plano...and i was having a brainfart about staci.... he moved from 'round here to perryton way up in the panhandle.. and if you'd like to contact him his email is dksteinpreis@nospam.yahoo.com minus the nospam part.

but you are right about the spider bite, and living with draven...

Before moving to the panhandle, he was living in Llano, Tx, rather tham Plano--it's about 70 miles from Austin i think and right near Kingsland where Staci's family had moved to from Round Rock around the time she was expecting her son. Dave Pruett from Capseyez inhrtitrd a relative's house up there in the mid 90s and James and i used to go visit Dave and his wife up there, so I've spent a good amount of time in that area. James and I gave Staci a ride back up there one Sunday after she spent the weekend in Austin for Rocky.
Incidentally someone bought the old house where most of the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre was filmed, moved it from near here up to Kingsland and opened it up as a restaraunt. I've always wanted to go, though considering that there's a deer-processing plant on everycorner upthere (Hunting season is in the area)...it puts things in a slightly creepy context.
Last time I saw Vader we gave him a ride to Rocky and he and I were commisserating about our mutual unfortunate brown recluse experiences.
I misplaced his contact info and have wondered how he's been.
And hi to you too!!!

Ah, no wonder. I was just confusing Llano and Plano then. Staci keeps threatening to come visit us, but she hasn't appeared yet. :P

I'd like to come around sometime, but my current work schedule has me working every other weekend, and then the wife plans stuff for my weekends off, so i dont have a lot of free time right now... Not to mention that I have started my own business, and that keeps me pretty busy out in the workshop...
