Hey, guys! My opera theatre class this semester is performing "Dido & Aeneas" in goth costume style (it is on Halloween) and I need some help. The directors decided that I probably have the best connections at least to gothic costuming/clothing that's fairly cheap, mainly because I know people who know where to find cool schtuff. (like Tre, thank you for the tips!) If you know where I can find some good stuff for cheeeeeaaapppp, then let me know! Also, in case you're wondering, the show times:

Oct.1&2: concert performance (no staging, just singing)

Oct. 31& Nov. 1: actual production

I think they're both at 7 pm. Not for sure yet. And for goodness sake, don't miss rocky on Halloween, just go to the next show :P

oh, I'm a witch in this one! I wreak havoc lots and then run away! YAY! I'd love for people to come when it gets to be that time and for now any costuming help is MUCH appreciated!

Just for reference, we should be having shows on both October 31st (Friday) and November 1st (Saturday) as well.

Good Will, Lane Bryan, and Costume shops. Redit black dye works well. Fishnets can be made into arm warmers and most head shops sell spikes to add to things. Oh and learn to back comb.
Warning! Back Combing made me what I am today... Bald.

WE OPEN NEXT WEEK!

I know we have shows both nights of Oct. 31 (halloween) and Nov. 1 (a Saturday), but just fyi: I will be at both of those, too!

I know it's crazy, but it's doable!

Friday and Saturday shows start at 7 pm and should be over no later than 8:30pm. Carpooling with me probably isn't gonna happen since I have to break down the set, too...but I hope everyone who can make it will try! The music rocks!

Not to mention featured costuming by Dr. Cain, Dr. Collie, yours truly, and TRE!

I actually don't know if you're in the program (you should get a mention!) but I thought people here should at least know :)
