Willow and Tara?
Jack and Rose Dawson?
Mr. Smithers and Mr. Burns?
Xena and Gabrielle?

Clark Kent and Lois Lane?
Mike and Carol Brady?
Eric and Donna?
Jackie and Kelso?
Jackie and Hyde?
John Smith and Pokahontas?
Adam and Eve? (heh heh)
Batman and Robin? (hey, everyone suspected)
Burt and Ernie? (ditto)
Rock Hudson and Doris Day? (well, they were real, the relationship wasn't)
Kermitt and Mrs.Piggy?
Mork and Mindy?
Othello and Desdemona?
Peter Pan and Wendy?

Jack and Sally?(I know, we already did that.)
Okay, so I used a search engine. I was bored in class. Hope this is helpful.

Morgan, some of those aren't fictional.

Gollum and The Ring (makes you curious, neh?)
Balrog and Gandalf
Elrond and Sauron
Draco and Harry (you know Harry would like it)
Dumbledore and McGonagall (i want to SEE your skin crawl)
Brodie and Renee

And my favorite:
Fred and George Weasley (yes, LIKE THAT.)

I don't see the word "fictional" in there anywhere, nor is it implied.

David, writing a pseudo-autobiography under an assumed pen name

P.S. Adam & Eve

Oh yeah, thanks for the reminder... I wasn't deliberately over-looking them, James Dean (a human ashtray off-screen according to one rumor) was a good actor because he could play with Natalie Wood while having Wood for Sal, so to speak.

Troilus And Criseyde (Chaucer) / Troilus and Cressida (Shakespeare) -- the original star-crossed lovers
Oh, and the hawk and wolf in that movie they show sometimes <== who's seen it and remembers the name?
Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers
Frankenstein's Monster and Bride of Frankenstein (Aunt Bee w/Magenta's hair)

David, wanting to see multiple lists like this for future Rocky casts as yet unborn and/or unconceived

Yes, that's the one! It's probably the greatest movie ever made in the past 300 years, and the peanut butter was a masterful touch!

David, more than a little confused

David, the couple from Ladyhawk was Navarre and Isabeau, hope that helps.

Does the Book Of Nod count?
If so:
Lilith and Adam
Lilith and God
Lilith and Lucifer
Lilith and Cain

or if you want to be silly:
Eve and the apple
