If you had a free meal at anyplace in the Austin area, where would you spend your mealtime? And just cuz its free, doesnt mean its expensive... The object of this exercise is to pick your favorite resturant in Austin..

I would have to go for Magnolia on Lake Austin Blvd.. I can walk there and the food is delicious. There used to be an Amys next door, but going to Amys maybe over by waterloo would be good..

The Magnolia Cafe? I love that place. When I was little I would go to Barton Springs at 9PM in the summer(it was free at that time) and afterwards I would go to the Magnolia Cafe and eat. I've gone there so many times I've practically memorized the menu...but I think that if I could eat anywhere in Austin I'd eat at Rosie's Tamale House. That place is right by the duplex I lived in when I was little and they have the best food anywhere!

Magnolia Cafe of course. I think that is like my favorite place to eat. I love there Queso. I remember Lindsay was the first person to ever take me there, so thanks Lindsay! I am not a big fan of Mexican food, but I love that place. Mmmm damn now I am hungry. Goes to make food.
