Interested in Joining Cast

Hello! I'm looking to join the cast... I'm 17 now, but I'm going to my first live show (I believe one that y'all are involved with) in December, the day after my 18th birthday. Is there any way I can work out details with a current cast member over email/phone call, or do I have to wait until the live show and talk to someone in person?
